Terry began his Real Estate carreer in 1980 and founded Duggan-Iowa Realty in 1989. President of his firm, Terry specializes in residential, income, and commercial properties in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. A lifelong resident of Dubuque, a few of his interests and accomplishments are: -Mayor of the city of Dubuque for 12 years from 1994 to 2005. -Dubuque "Realtor of the Year" in 1993. -Member of national, state, and local boards of Realtors. He has served a Chair of the Iowa Real Estate Commission since 2011, is a member ofMember of the "Multi-Million Dollar Club" -Various charities and civic activities.
